I’m Tace — a medium, intuitive healer, lightworker, tarot reader and paranormal investigator and the founder of Cedar Valley Healing Studio.

Cedar Valley began from my own journey of coming back to myself.

My work is centred around connection — helping people reconnect with themselves, their intuition, their energy and the deeper spiritual world around them.

During my sessions, I work intuitively with the energetic and spiritual realms, connecting with what presents itself within the experience. This may include loved ones in spirit, ancestors, spirit guides, guardian angels, the angelic realm and other spiritual energies or symbols that arise during the session.

As a medium, I receive information in different ways — through energy, physical sensations, visions, emotions, imagery, symbols, colours and intuitive knowing. I allow each session to unfold naturally, sharing what I perceive rather than forcing a particular connection or message.

At the heart of everything I do is one intention:

To help you feel like yourself again.

Life experiences, grief, trauma, relationships and change can sometimes disconnect us from our intuition, joy and sense of who we are.

I believe healing can be a process of remembering.

Remembering your strength.
Remembering your intuition.

Remembering that your life is still yours to create.

My role is not to ask you to give your power away to me.
